I want to thank you for your attention and time over these last 10 days. I have become efficient in C3.
I do want to share that the one feature that means a lot to me is the ‘Pre-Registration Form” that C3 offers, as often my Labor Forecasting meeting attendees are forwarded the invitation and while I am promised that I will get their contact information for follow up, very rarely does that happen. So while I have one committed attendee, that person shares the invite with 3-5-10 others who find the time to join the meeting ad hoc. Many of these attendees are from other departments and I have no way of registering them or maintaining a relationship or conversation without these details.
Your Registration Form allows me to ‘require’ their phone, email, title, and department information.
This is a valuable tool for me.

The flash based platform for those participating in the conference works well. We had firewall issues with goto meeting in this part of the world, and these problems do not occur with your system.

I use C3-Concurrent as my sole source when conducting webinars. Since 90% of my role is to conduct trainings that teach our many Clients to navigate our pretty extensive database--it is BEYOND important that my presentations run as flawlessly as possible. What I (as well as my Client) LOVE about the tool is that there are no cumbersome downloads to contend with. The registration process is so simple. I have had no real issues with the tool whatsoever. Still learning some of the awesome functionality features.

I have no problems recommending the product to anyone that will listen. The support staff if second-to-none. Be it a quick email or call--- You ladies are always to pleasant and patient with our large group of Sales staff that conduct multiple AND daily Client webinars ( typically 3 or 4 a day in 1hour increments each). Always happy to help and answer questions (including repeat questions). "Change" is not always easy for our large Sales force--and we were not easily convinced that C3-Concurrent would be much better than the conferencing tool we had used for many years. I think we were all pleasantly surprised at the ease of use.
